The open-air farm pioneer that changed Ahmedabad nights.

In the early 1990s, when Navratri was still largely confined to inner-city residential pols and private clubs, Shanku's revolutionized Ahmedabad festival culture by creating the highway farm destination concept. Bringing tens of thousands of dancers onto sprawling green turf under starlit skies, it sparked a whole new era.

Before farm venues existed, dust and space constraints limited large circular choreographies in Ahmedabad. Shanku's introduced expansive manicured grass lawns, allowing dancers to execute sweeping Dodhiya patterns and 360-degree spins without colliding into bystanders.
